We’ve learnt that listening to people really does make our service better.
Its allowed us to develop our online web instruction form and our legal aid invoicing process.
We are sure there are a lot more cool ideas out there for us to discover but we won’t ever get there unless we are providing a service that meets the expectations of those that use it.
