We undertake most of our instructions on a fixed fee basis of £95 + VAT. This makes it easier for everyone.
Where instructions are publicly funded – we’ll provide a full breakdown at the current Legal Aid rates.
HOW LINCS PROCESS SERVERS WORK
We try to keep things simple.
Every instruction we conclude will return a full report on our activity, together with a Court ready proof of service.
While we are working on your instruction, we’ll report back at regular intervals until we’ve completed the service.
